By using Krylia Content Protection, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by IT WORKS | Spierings Consultancy (Switzerland) and is governed by Swiss law.

Eligibility and representations

You must be at least 18 years of age. You must own — or hold the exclusive rights to — the content you ask Krylia to protect. By activating your account, you represent and warrant that both conditions are met. If you submit content you do not own or do not have the right to protect, Krylia bears no liability for any resulting false takedown claim or DMCA counter-notice, and you agree to indemnify Krylia for any costs arising from that submission.

What Krylia does

Krylia monitors the internet for unauthorised distribution of your content — images and videos you own — and submits removal requests to the platforms and hosts where infringing copies are found. We track the status of each removal and keep a record for your reference.

We do not guarantee removal. Takedown response times depend entirely on the third-party platform receiving the request. We cannot compel platforms to act.

DMCA authorisation

By activating your account, you grant Krylia (IT WORKS | Spierings Consultancy) explicit authorisation to act as your agent for the purpose of submitting DMCA notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512. This authorisation is limited to content you have identified as your own and does not extend to any third-party content.

Krylia is a registered DMCA designated agent. Our agent details are listed in the Imprint.

All DMCA submissions made by Krylia on your behalf are logged with a timestamp, your consent record, and the specific content item the request covers. This log is your evidence record and is available in your dashboard.

Your data

We collect your email address, the nicknames and platform information you provide, and the results of scans we run on your behalf. We do not store your images or videos. Payment is processed by Stripe — we hold only a record of your plan and billing status. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Subscription

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing period you selected at sign-up. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any period already billed.

Long-term billing plans (3-month, 6-month, annual) are billed as a single payment upfront and are not refunded if cancelled early.

Limitation of liability

Krylia is not liable for platform response times, failed or delayed takedowns, content that reappears after removal, or any consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the billing period in which the issue arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
